Problem
Really not much of a clue needed, find the flag
Solution
If you open the image that is part of the problem, you see that it’s an animated .gif image that very quickly flashes a number of false flags. Download the image. I personally opened up the image with GIMP but there are another of other programs that will allow you to open the image and look at the individual frames. It’s a little bit of manual work, but if you go through the various layers you will eventually get to layer 5 where you will see the real flag, acsc2017{FrameByFrame}.
